At Wizertech, we believe in learning at every step, for our workforce. We have developed a fully process driven internal training cell which has an impact on our overall enrichment of resource base. Catering to different departments for different activities, we do have methodical training module, such as –
 
  • Dedicated training cell for Strategic Account Managers (SAM), Vertical Account Managers (VAM) as well as marketing & sales executives in a periodic way is being conducted with an effective result.

  • A complete professionally outsourced Behavioral Management Module gets organized in a regular interval. These training modules are carried out at all levels and functions within the organization. This also greatly helps us to align the employee’s development objectives to the organization.

  • If you have a different set of innovative thought, passion, ownership…our “DROP & PICK” program for all the employees is an excellent platform to flourish. We encourage everyone to DROP their thought for betterment of the organization and in acceptance of the same by management; that employee PICKs his/her Reward.
